In today world you just can't afford to be that innocent and misinformed. What "Deluxe" means change from game to game, don't assume anything. There's also people that still didn't figure out that "Deluxe" is a fancy marketing term that doesn't really mean anything and assume it means it's a complete version. I feel no sympathy for people that play themselves like that and blaming the developers for that is just an extension to their stupidity. If they can't find it or don't want to bother doing research, don't buy it. They have one of the most powerful tool mankind ever created in their hand, instant access to information and knowledge all around the world, use it. If it's not in the store page, look for the info, research, ask around.
